Jill Hinson the wonderful owner of Core Studio Pilates in Monroe is offering FREE mat classes for those touched by Breast Cancer all week long in honor of breast cancer awareness month...So if you are a survivor, patient, or newly diagnosed come join us & enjoy a free class.  I'm teaching tonight at 6:30. We will be playing with  gravity and that wonderful "Inner Lift" we can cultivate as we Celebrate Life through movement in the body...it's going to be good - Hope to see you there!
