Tuesday was a Good Day! Susan and I went to Linda's Yoga Class -off to a great start, then Maggie and I went Back to School Shopping and it was "all about Maggie" why don't they have Back to Work Shopping? anyway lots of fun.
On Wednesday Yoga classes were full and fun, our theme was Sparkles, inspired by Elsie Escobar of Elsie's Yoga Kula, talking points were about those sparkles of joy that are sprinkled throughout our days and how they often show up more clearly in the dark, sometimes we are more aware of them than at other times but they are always there if we make the effort to look for them. I hope your day was filled with sparkles and sunshine!
