functions) were at the
Anusara workshop taught by John Friend in Columbia, SC on Saturday. The
asana practice was amazing and the talking points (think - St Patricks day) revolved around the idea of "Luck" or lack thereof , that it's how we choose to view our circumstances which make them seem either positive or negative, how bad luck can be an invitation to better things, burdens can turn into blessings, how to look for the delight in the challenge. Gotta LOVE
