The Susan G. Komen Charlotte, Race for the Cure is on October 2nd this year. Susan and I have participated since way back in our "sort of fast" running days. It's a nice course, good distance 5K, and a GREAT cause. This year is even more important for us to be there supporting the research efforts for all our sisters, mothers, aunts, daughters, & friends that have been or could be touched by a breast cancer diagnosis in some way. I'm going to start a team for Susan in the next couple of days, so if you want to be a part of it I'll post instructions on how to log on, register and join us soon, any suggestions for team names???. For now, gotta go, I'm planning my last Yoga class...for a little while, more on that tomorrow..
