The time is now...

I finally told my regular Wednesday classes that I had started a blog. I am taking the advice to find space to create in 2010, commit and have a plan, so...there it is...I am no longer a closet blogger, I've said it out loud and now I know I must follow through or else be called out. I hope to enter at least one post per week and I wish for this blog to have meaningful content for anyone who desires to take the time to read it, and especially for the yoga students I am honored to guide each week. I envision it more like a conversation so please feel free to leave any comments you may have, they are all welcomed. I hope this blog becomes a way to serve better so let me know how it's going...
